– Clients with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) are eligible for up to 10 rebated sessions per calendar year.
– Bulk billing is available to clients with a Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card.
– After 10 rebated sessions, a 50% loyalty discount is offered to support continuity of care.
đź’Ľ Other Funding Options
We accept a variety of funding sources to make therapy and assessment services more accessible:
- Medicare Better Access – for eligible treatment-related sessions with an MHTP
- NDIS – plan-managed and self-managed participants accepted (fees aligned with NDIS price guide)
- WorkCover / SIRA – fully funded sessions for approved workplace injury claims
- PTS Program (Wentworth Healthcare) – free short-term therapy via GP referral in Penrith, Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury, and Lithgow
- DVA (Department of Veterans’ Affairs) – fully funded for eligible veterans and their families
- EAP (Employee Assistance Programs) – available through participating workplaces
- Private Health Insurance – rebates may be available depending on extras cover (check with your fund)
📌 Cancellation Policy
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or not attended will incur the full session fee
- Telehealth and phone sessions are available if you’re unable to attend in person

All assessments include a clinical interview, standardised psychometric testing, adaptive functioning review (where relevant), a comprehensive written report with results and recommendations, a feedback session, and a PDF copy of the report emailed to you.
